There is a team discount of 20% off per participant when 6 or more teammates register together and 15% when 3-5 teammates register together. There is also a 10% off discount when siblings register together.

Yes teams can attend and will receive a 15% discount if 3-5 come from the same team attend the camp on the same day an 20% if 6 or more attend together on the same day.

Camp fees are fully refundable until June 30th. Cancellations between July 1st-11th are subject to a 50% refund. After July 11th, no refunds will be issued unless medical documentation is provided.



 

All cross country camp participants must complete a waiver of liability and provide proof of health insurance. Both must be on file at check-in.

Campers should bring workout clothes, running shoes, water bottle, suncreeen, toiletries, swimsuit, snack food, and spending money.



 

 

Cross Country camper check-in and drop off is 9:00-9:30am on Monday at Crawford Residence Community dorms [710 Maywood Ave]. Use Lot 14 (see linked map).

Camper check out and pick up is at 3:00pm on Thursday at Myers Field House [Stadium Rd, between Warren St and Ellis Ave]. Camp will conclude with a brief award ceremony at 2:45pm, which parents/guardians are welcome to attend.

Day Camper check-in and drop-off is 7:30-8:00am Tues/Wed/Thurs at Crawford Residence Community dorms [710 Maywood Ave]. Day Camper check-out and pick-up is 7:30-8:00pm Mon/Tues/Wed at Myers Field House [Stadium Rd, between Warren St and Ellis Ave]. All campers have the same drop-off Monday and pick-up Thursday for the first and last days of camp.



 



 

All campers will receive a dri-fit t-shirt and camp notebook. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are
provided. Overnight campers will be housed in air-conditioned campus dorms.

Cross country camp is hosted on MSU's campus. Camper check-in and drop-off is at Crawford Residence Community dorms [710 Maywood Ave]. Use Lot 14. Camper check-out and pick-up is at
Myers Field House [Stadium Rd, between Warren St and Ellis Ave]. Use Lot 5 or 7 View Map (PDF).

Camp includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily in the campus dining center, beginning with lunch Monday and ending with lunch Thursday. Any additional snacks needed should be packed and brought to camp.

A Minnesota State University certified athletic trainer will be present at camp training sessions.



 

 

Yes, High School Coaches can come for free and observe the track sessions. Please have them contact Camp Director Brian Sebera at brain.sebera@mnsu.edu

Campers may request a roommate by emailing the camp director. Roommates must be mutually requested to be placed together.

Mav Meetings will cover key training topics used by the Mavericks' successful distance programs. Campers will learn about training methodology, sport psychology, proper fueling and nutrition, injury prevention, shoe science, collegiate running, and more. Training sessions will include scenic easy runs, pool cross training, dynamic drills, strength exercises, and a camp team race.
